Narborough Hall is one of Norfolk’s most beautiful private homes. Set in eighteenth century parkland by the River Nar, it is surrounded by lakes, gardens and woods. Each year Narborough Hall hosts an exhibition by an internationally recognized artist and the grounds are opened to the public during exhibition hours. Visitors are free to explore the restored Victorian kitchen garden and the woodland walks - one of which leads through an ancient henge dating from c.3000 BC.

The garden is gently evolving with its chocolate and plum herbaceous borders, wild flower planting, blue garden, white garden, topiary, dragons and old roses. Our walled kitchen garden, for which owner Dr Joanne Merrison was awarded Best in Show at the Sandringham Flower Show in July 2008, has recently been re-established and produces a variety of traditional fruits and vegetables in the restored Victorian melon house and fruit cages.
